Project Manager / Operations Lead — Forex Affiliate (Brazil)

📋 What you will do

• Manage daily operations including content, sales, design, and contractors
• Sync traffic, content, sales, and broker operations
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly funnel reports
• Analyze funnel weaknesses and implement growth hypotheses
• Monitor sales department quality and content performance
• Implement AI tools into business processes
• Communicate with brokers and affiliate platforms
• Manage payment schedules and onboard new team members

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• 2+ years of operational management experience in digital, affiliate, or fintech
• Understanding of the funnel: traffic, Telegram, sales, and retention
• Knowledge of CPL, CPA, ROMI, and conversion metrics
• Proficiency in CPA, RevShare, and the Telegram ecosystem
• Experience managing remote teams
• Strong systematic thinking and ability to work in uncertainty
• Russian speaker
