Support Manager

📋 What you will do

• Handle financial tickets regarding payments and payouts (fiat and crypto)
• Forward payment-related appeals to payment gateway channels
• Manage appeals and monitor compliance by payment systems
• Communicate with clients to resolve appeals and request necessary documentation
• Analyze disputed cases for fraud markers
• Refer suspicious cases for anti-fraud review
• Generate reports on pending payments, payouts, and crypto transfers
• Process and collect updates from payment systems in Telegram chats
• Provide customer support and resolve inquiries
• Assist users according to established guidelines
• Verify and confirm incoming payments
• Monitor the accuracy of financial operations
