📋 What you will do
- Own vertical positioning and GTM strategy for priority verticals including Hospitality, F&B, Hotel & Travel
- Translate market insights into differentiated messaging, sales plays, and revenue impact
- Lead vertical-specific messaging, pitch decks, and enablement assets
- Own and refine ICP, segmentation, and TAM/SAM to guide prioritization
- Build vertical narratives by translating capabilities and integrations (loyalty, POS, PMS) into use cases
- Maintain a strong point of view on the competitive landscape by segment and region
- Develop scalable sales plays and cross-channel GTM programs with Sales and Marketing
- Equip Sales and Enablement with collateral, discovery frameworks, and objection handling
- Partner with CS and Customer Marketing to drive repeatable expansion and advocacy
