🚀 What is the main task?
Build and scale a system for preparing Facebook accounts that will ensure a high setup survival rate, stable spend, and minimal buying downtime during storms.
⚙️ What you will do (Responsibilities):
Manage the account farming department: hiring, training, control, and motivation of the Account Farmer team.
Develop, test, and implement new schemes for manual and automated account farming (farming Kings, preparing BMs, FPs, passing ZRD).
Constantly monitor and analyze updates to Meta algorithms, respond promptly to storms and mass bans (identify triggers, change consumables/approaches).
Organize uninterrupted procurement and accounting of consumables
Control the quality of released setups before transferring them to buying.
Maintain transparent reporting on account cost, department ROI, and survival conversion.
Interact with current agencies
🎯 What we expect from the candidate (Requirements):
Proven experience as Head of Farm or Senior Farmer / Team Lead in Facebook for 1.5–2 years.
In-depth knowledge of the technical side of working with FB: fingerprints, proxies, hardware, antidetect browsers, types of bans, and ways to bypass them.
Successful experience managing a team of 3+ people (task setting, control, KPIs).
Skills in working with automation software (Dolphin, FBTool, etc.) and an understanding of the balance between manual and automated farming.
Strong analytical skills: ability to work with spreadsheets, calculate account unit economics, analyze the ban funnel.
Proactivity: you do not wait for buyers to complain about poor accounts, but proactively look for new setups in advance.
Mediation skills and the ability to jointly analyze the causes of bans with the Buying Team Lead.
