We are a traffic arbitrage team running Nutra traffic to international markets. We are looking for someone to join the team who will breathe life into Google farm and build a systematic flow of working accounts.

✅ What you will do:

- Manage the farming department (2 people at the start);

- Create and warm up Google accounts for buyers;

- Monitor quality, stability, and minimize costs;

- Implement automation and systematic control.

📌 What is important:

- You understand anti-detect browsers, proxies, cookies, payment solutions, Google Ads;

- You are proactive, do not wait for a task brief, but look for solutions;

- You can manage small teams and build processes.

💰 Conditions:

- $500 fixed + KPI based on department efficiency;

- Remote work, flexible schedule;

- Opportunity to grow into Head of Infrastructure.
