HR Manager / Recruiter

📋 What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from candidate sourcing to onboarding
• Proactively source candidates via Telegram, industry chats, channels, and personal networking
• Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidate quality
• Manage candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process
• Maintain the candidate database and recruitment analytics
• Draft and publish job advertisements
• Participate in developing internal HR processes
• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees
