**🎯 We are looking for a METRA AI specialist** **We are GLOBARINO** — a large media buying team working in the AI-Gaming niche. Behind us are many launched channels, a built-out network of advertisers, and well-established internal processes. We have our own actors, content teams, analysts, and partners — everything needed to launch and scale projects quickly. We know what works and are actively growing — that’s why we are opening a new position. 📢**Who we are looking for** A METRA AI specialist who will take care of the AI content direction and manage channels on the Metra platform. A person who understands how scheme channels and influencer channels work, knows how to work with people, and thinks systematically. 🔉**What you will do:** 🔹Manage AI content for scheme channels through the METRA AI platform — generation, format selection, hypothesis testing 🔹Communicate with actors: assign tasks, explain the concept, approve materials, provide feedback 🔹Manage scheme channels and influencer channels in METRA AI — scheduled publishing, work with activity and reach 🔹Create content plans for each direction on a weekly and monthly basis 🔹Prepare regular reports — reach, conversions, growth dynamics, analysis of what performed well 🔹Work closely with the team: share working approaches, take part in debriefs, test new formats 🔹Monitor niche trends and suggest ideas that can be launched quickly ✔️**What matters to us:** You understand how scheme channels and influencer mechanics work You know how to work with METRA AI or similar content generation tools You can clearly assign tasks to actors and contractors — without unnecessary iterations You keep reporting and the content plan up to date without reminders Familiarity with the AI-Gaming niche is a big plus 💭**Conditions:** Schedule 6/1, fully remote Fixed salary — paid consistently every month % from converting channels — direct link between income and results Work inside a large team with established processes, our own advertiser base, and actors Real growth opportunities — we are scaling and promoting our own people **☑️Contact** @globarino_hr
