**User Acquisition Manager (forex, igaming, crypto)** We are an influencer, AI creation, and performance agency. We are looking for a core team member with the prospect of partnership and a profit share in this direction. **What to do: ** • Lead generation for fintech projects (FTD, deposits) in foreign Tier 2–3 markets • Traffic acquisition from Facebook, TikTok, Google, etc. — directly to products, to landing pages, or into Telegram funnels • Traffic processing in Telegram: greeting the audience, working according to scripts, driving to deposit • Independent launch of hypotheses from scratch: study the product → propose angles/funnels → launch quickly (there is a creative team, but if you can do it yourself, it's a plus) • Handing over streamlined processes to the team as the workload grows and subsequent supervision of the team's work • Assisting with other agency projects: setting up traffic, funnels, and lead generation for AI avatars and other products **What is important:** • Real experience in performance media buying: fintech, deposits, subscriptions — required • Ability to build funnels and calculate unit economics: CAC, CPL, CPA, LTV — understanding what affects them • Structured approach: able to manage a project from idea to result — at least in a Google Sheet with tasks and deadlines • Transparency: founders and clients clearly understand the project stage, previous steps, and next actions without extra questions (no micromanagement needed) • High speed, independence, ownership • Using AI to save time on routine tasks — this is mandatory, not optional **You won't fit if:** No real case studies with numbers You talk a lot about the process but don't show results Slow pace of launching hypotheses Require constant management **Conditions:** Service agreement (not employment contract) Payments in crypto Full-time, strictly with us (no freelance or side projects) From $1 800 to 2 200$ fixed After probation — from 10% of the direction's net profit from all projects Probation period — 1 month We fund traffic spend, tests, team, expenses, and generally everything needed for results Apply here: @andrusenko_s
