**shittest.me** is hiring a Sales Representative (Russian & English speaking) in-house We are shittest.me, an international project operating in testing services and high-risk verticals. We are currently looking for a proactive female Sales Representative who will help develop sales, communicate with clients, and close deals. What is important: — fluent Russian and English — strong communication and sales skills — confident communication with clients via calls and messengers — proactivity and results orientation — ability to follow up and guide the client to a sale — desire to work in a fast-paced international project — experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, crypto, high-risk, or online sales will be a big plus Responsibilities: — communicate with clients via Telegram, WhatsApp, and calls — sell testing packages — follow up on leads and close sales — maintain client relationships — actively communicate with potential clients — work with warm leads and outbound outreach Will be a plus: — experience in sales / closing — experience in affiliate / crypto / iGaming — experience working with international clients — confident written communication and calls in English — fast response and communication speed Who this is not for: — if you do not like sales and communication — if it is difficult for you to take initiative — if you are not comfortable following up and closing deals — if you are not ready to work in a dynamic environment Conditions: — in-house position — fully remote format — salary: $2200 + performance bonuses — fast-growing international project — opportunity to grow together with the company We need a full-time team member with whom we can grow together.
