📋 What you will do

  • Handle inbound requests for demos, trials, free accounts, and product inquiries
  • Run consultative demos with a focus on one-call closes whenever possible
  • Conduct targeted business discovery to understand goals, urgency, and fit
  • Qualify prospects in or out quickly and prioritize work in a high-velocity pipeline
  • Advise customers on ecommerce best practices and the use of Klaviyo’s platform
  • Identify best next steps and resources to persuade customers to buy or activate subscriptions
  • Gather and share feedback on product, website, and onboarding with cross-functional teams
