📋 What you will do

• Build and grow an educator community at top universities and bootcamps
• Drive curriculum integration and develop teaching resources for Figma
• Partner with university technology centers to increase student awareness
• Cultivate relationships with program deans, department chairs, and leadership
• Lay the foundation for institutional-level partnerships and growth strategy
• Design and launch events and programming for professors and faculty
• Partner with the broader Figma EDU team to align institutional and student work
• Measure success through adoption, engagement, and relationship depth data

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• 5+ years of experience in academic partnerships or higher ed community programs
• Demonstrated success engaging and influencing university leadership
• Proven ability to build programs and playbooks from the ground up
• Strong communication and networking skills within the education sector
