We are looking for an experienced **Team Lead of Sales** who can build an effective sales department from scratch, assemble a strong team, and scale project results.

- Building and developing the sales department from scratch;
- Managing a team of managers and monitoring performance indicators;
- Designing, analyzing, and optimizing sales funnels;
- Identifying growth points and scaling results;
- Recruiting, onboarding, and training staff.

- At least 6 months of experience as a Team Lead of Sales in the loan vertical;
- Experience working with the CIS market is an advantage;
- Solid experience with Chatterfy;
- Skills in building and managing a sales department;
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with numbers;
- Experience in configuring automation and AI in Chatterfy is a huge plus;
- Independence, initiative, and results-orientation.
