At the moment, we have 3 active independent projects operating in B2C and B2B across more than 50 GEOs worldwide. We create highly profitable products that scale quickly, and the team has the opportunity to influence results, achieve high KPIs, and grow professionally and financially at a fast pace. Due to team expansion, we are looking for an Affiliate Manager for Poland GEO. **Responsibilities:** 📍Search for and attract new partners (tipsters, streamers, bloggers, website owners) 📍Maintain and develop relationships with the existing base. 📍Monitor traffic quality and achieve FTD/Regs targets. 📍Continuously monitor profitability (LTV, ROI) and retain active partners. 📍Negotiate cooperation terms (CPA, RevShare up to 50%, Hybrid). 📍Analyze the quality of incoming traffic and control KPI performance. **Requirements:** 📍1+ year of experience in iGaming/Betting in a similar role 📍Ability to calculate user LTV (Lifetime Value) and forecast partner profitability over the long term. 📍Ability to work with different payment models: understanding how to set Baseline and Wager to minimize company risks. 📍Understanding of technical aspects: how trackers work, why postbacks are needed. 📍Ability to analyze competitors and find new approaches to traffic buying. 📍Polish B2 or higher. 📍English B2 or higher. **Conditions:** 📍Competitive salary in dollars. 📍Fully remote. 📍Paid vacation and sick leave. 📍Progressive leadership with a focus on communication. 📍Salary review based on achievements. 📍Comfortable team-building events with the team. 📍Compensation for sports or other hobbies. 📍Effective support from the HR Department, management, and the team. **Contact: ****@lenkep_recruiter** ✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅ #affiliates_manager
