📋 What you will do

  • Own and refine ICP, segmentation, and TAM/SAM to guide prioritization and investment
  • Develop deep customer and buyer insight across sub-segments and geographies
  • Build differentiated vertical narratives by translating capabilities into use cases
  • Maintain a strong point of view on the competitive landscape by segment and region
  • Develop scalable sales plays and cross-channel GTM programs
  • Equip Sales and Enablement with high-impact collateral and discovery frameworks
  • Partner with CS and Customer Marketing to drive customer expansion and advocacy

🛠 Stack and skills

Hospitality vertical expertise (Food & Beverage, Hotel & Travel) Ecosystem integrations (loyalty, reservations, POS, PMS) B2B SaaS Pipeline, revenue, and usage data analytics

What we expect

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, including B2B SaaS
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Strong analytical mindset and data translation skills
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into business value
  • Ability to drive cross-functional alignment without formal authority
  • Self-starter comfortable operating in ambiguity
  • Owner mindset with accountability for business results
