📋 What you will do
- Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements
- Prepare technical specifications and functional requirements
- Document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes
- Develop and improve loyalty program mechanics
- Participate in the development of CRM/CDP platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders, marketing, developers, and vendors
- Manage task assignments for the dev team and oversee implementation
- Prepare test cases and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Analyze customer scenarios and user experience
- Prepare user documentation and instructions
- Assist in launching new features and evaluating their effectiveness

✅ What we expect
- Higher education in Marketing, Economics, Management, or Technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager
- Practical experience with loyalty programs and CRM systems
- Understanding of bonus accrual and redemption mechanics
- Experience with tiered loyalty systems
- Experience launching and supporting cross-brand promotions
- Experience conducting and analyzing A/B tests
- Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or omnichannel projects
- Proficiency in drafting BRDs, functional requirements, and specs
- Experience writing test cases and performing UAT
