📋 What you will do
- Own email and SMS marketing, including campaigns and automated flows
- Develop segmentation and personalization strategies to grow LTV and retention
- Build lifecycle programs: abandoned browse, abandoned cart, post-purchase, loyalty, winback, onboarding
- Run A/B tests for creative, messaging, and conversion
- Own the content calendar across social, email, landing pages, and UGC
- Create content for coffee enthusiasts and café owners
- Write scripts, website copy, blogs, landing page messaging, and content briefs
- Build content pillars around education, how-to guides, reviews, comparisons, and café buildout content
- Align messaging for launches, events, and campaigns with product and growth teams
- Plan, shoot, edit, and polish short-form video content
- Create UGC content for paid ads, social media, and email
- Coordinate with influencer/UGC creators and repurpose their content
