**Team Lead of Sales / Head of Sales in a Forex project**
We are expanding our team and looking for a strong Team Lead of Sales / Head of Sales who can do more than just control managers: someone who can build a sales system, increase conversion to FD/RD, and scale the Forex traffic handling department. GEO: LATAM. We need someone who understands high-risk, knows how to work with numbers, sees weak points in the funnel, trains managers, and is responsible for the team’s results.
**📌 What you will be doing:
**
• Managing a team of FD/RD managers;
• Controlling the quality of inbound Forex traffic handling;
• Being responsible for meeting KPIs for FD, RD, CV, average deposit, and profit;
• Analyzing the funnel: from first touch to repeat deposit;
• Finding growth points in scripts, warm-ups, follow-ups/closing, and communication;
• Testing hypotheses to increase conversion and scale the department;
• Implementing AI for traffic handling.
**
📌 What we expect**:
• Experience as a Team Lead / Head of Sales / Senior Sales Manager in high-risk for at least 1 year;
• Experience in verticals: Forex, investments, crypto, BO, iGaming, nutra, or related areas;
• High responsibility, discipline, and readiness to stay in touch.
