**Affiliate Manager | iGaming | Remote** **About the company** A technology developer in IT and fintech, specializing in iGaming. Our product is a marketplace for online games with personalized access to content, offers, and financial services. **About the role** We are looking for an Affiliate Manager with their own base of webmasters (GEO: RU / UZ), who can step into the role and generate traffic within the first few weeks. The key task is to attract quality traffic through webmasters, arbitrage teams, and SEO partners, scale volumes, and build long-term partnerships. We work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models, with a focus on ROI, LTV, and stable traffic quality for GEOs: RU, UZ, CIS, Tier-1, Latam. **Tasks**: — Onboarding and developing webmasters, arbitrage teams, SEO — Launching and scaling traffic (RU, UZ, CIS, Tier-1/3, Latam) — Quality control, antifraud, offer optimization — Analytics: ROI, LTV, CR, EPC — Working with Keitaro and BI — Collaborating with product, finance, and support **Interaction with teams:** • product - participation in developing promotions and mechanics; • finance - approval of payouts and budgets; • support - handling player feedback. Direct reporting line: Head of Affiliate / COO. **Requirements**: — 2-3+ years in affiliate (iGaming / Gambling) — Own base of webmasters (RU / UZ - priority) — Experience with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid — Antifraud and traffic quality control — Russian (native), English (B2+) — Plus: connections with arbitrage teams, understanding of retention / CRM **Conditions**: — Remote work format — **Flexible motivation system: fixed part + KPI bonuses directly tied to performance.** — Influence on the strategy of the direction — Strong marketing and CRM team Important: **We consider candidates with an active base of webmasters**, ready to launch traffic within the first 2–3 weeks of work.
