📋 What you will do

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads for customer retention
  • Offer personalized terms and bonuses to players
  • Handle complaints and resolve negative feedback
  • Maintain detailed interaction history in CRM

🛠 Stack and skills

German language B2+ (mandatory) Russian or English language B2 CRM systems iGaming background (preferred)

What we expect

  • 1+ year of experience in call centers or sales
  • Availability for evening/night shifts: 15:00–23:00 or 19:00–04:00 (GMT+3)
  • Strong objection handling skills
