- Communicate with B2B clients via Front APP to find solutions
- Help clients find the optimal solution for their business
- Work with REST API to resolve integration-related requests
- Analyze situations and build logical chains
- Maintain professionalism in challenging conversations
- Adhere to response time and customer satisfaction KPIs

✅ What we expect
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or client management
- Resilience and ability to remain friendly under pressure
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Experience in B2B service is a plus
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing principles is a plus
