📋 What you will do
- Lead and coordinate a distributed backend engineering team
- Balance technical leadership with hands-on development (50/50 split)
- Design and evolve a scalable backend platform
- Collaborate with Product, Mobile, and QA teams on new initiatives
- Make technical decisions and improve engineering processes
🛠 Stack and skills
Go (2+ years of commercial experience)
Cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP)
NoSQL (Couchbase)
Microservices architecture
Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
AdTech (DSP, SSP, Ad Exchange)
Java, Vue.js
Monitoring and observability tools
Unit testing and mocking frameworks
English and Russian languages
✅ What we expect
- 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams
- 8+ years of experience in backend development
- Hands-on experience building high-load distributed systems
- Strong architectural skills
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies
- Experience managing distributed teams
