📋 What you will do

  • Provide personal support and develop a portfolio of VIP players
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Communicate with players through various channels
  • Retain and reactivate clients using a personalized approach
  • Develop personalized bonus offers and promotions
  • Respond promptly to activity triggers, wins, losses, and churn risks
  • Resolve non-standard requests and complex VIP client situations
  • Segment the player base and prioritize work by client value
  • Manage CRM and reporting on player interactions

🛠 Stack and skills

CRM systems Administrative panels Spreadsheets Russian language (fluent) English language (advantage) iGaming CRM platforms: Fast Track, Customer.io, Salesforce (advantage) Casino bonus mechanics: wagering, cashback, free spins

What we expect

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the casino industry
  • Experience in direct player communication as a VIP or Retention Manager
  • Strong understanding of the CIS market and Russian-speaking audience behavior
  • High level of communication and emotional intelligence
  • Experience with retention, churn, and reactivation metrics (advantage)
  • Experience working with international teams (advantage)
  • Willingness to relocate to Dubai after the probationary period
