**About us:**

We are a traffic arbitrage team with more than 3 years of experience in the market. We are ready to consider candidates with any experience in the vertical and an understanding of the basic processes in the vertical for further joint development using your approach.

**Responsibilities:**
Organizing a team of traffic processing specialists (RD / FD);
Setting up and optimizing sales funnels (tariffs, checklists, scripts, CRM);
Monitoring lead processing, motivating employees, and developing the team;
Analyzing funnel performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements;
Working with scripts, objections, and supporting large client deposits;
Ensuring KPI compliance and achieving the team’s financial goals.
Requir**ements:

✔️ E**xperience working with inbound traffic and traffic arbitrage;
✔️ Experience managing a team and developing employees;
✔️ Deep understanding of different types of sales funnels (warm traffic, cold leads, cross-sales);
✔️ Strong spoken and written communication skills;
✔️ Empathy and the ability to build a trusting dialogue;
✔️ Responsibility, stress resistance, focus on results;
✔️ PC / laptop and stable internet.
