📋 What you will do
- Develop comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to drive new loan originations
- Align marketing efforts with product, product marketing, and business unit leadership
- Plan personalized multi-channel campaigns across email, push, in-app, and SMS
- Develop educational content to help members navigate the lending market
- Own and manage an experimentation roadmap for full-funnel program performance
- Automate campaigns and implement personalization using audience and performance insights
- Report on lifecycle channel, campaign, and program performance to marketing and business leadership
- Partner with data science to build reporting frameworks and marketing performance metrics
- Direct campaign priorities with Lifecycle Marketing Tech Ops

✅ What we expect
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a technical field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of direct-to-consumer lifecycle management experience
- Experience with email, in-app, push, and SMS
- Ability to operate through ambiguity and accelerated growth
- Ability to set vision and lead cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience managing complex, multi-layered marketing initiatives
- Strong analytical skills and KPI orientation
