📋 What you will do
- Develop automated multi-channel communications based on member behavior and lifecycle stages
- Run and optimize personalized campaigns using performance data
- Own a full-funnel experimentation program to improve conversion and revenue
- Partner with Product Marketing, Data, and Sales to shape the Home Equity marketing strategy
- Work with Marketing Tech Ops on technical execution and the use of AI insights for hyper-personalization
- Create educational content and personalized strategies to help members navigate lending products
- Analyze trends and prepare reporting with actionable insights for the team
