**SENIOR SALES MANAGER / SENIOR CHAT OPERATOR**

GEO: CIS (Uzbekistan) 🇺🇿
Verticals: Invest/Account Boosting

✍️ **MAIN TASKS:**
- Close leads for FD/RD
- Work with charisma, not just following the script
- Handle objections
- Manage a team of chat operators
- Write and update scripts

‼️**REQUIREMENTS:**
- Knowledge of the Uzbek language 
- 1+ years of experience in the Invest vertical in the CIS, experience in UZB is mandatory
- Discipline, energy, responsibility, no being late for shifts
- Be available throughout the working day
- Desire to earn a lot
- Having your own team will be an advantage

**NDA SIGNING IS MANDATORY**
