📋 What you will do
- Launch, configure, and optimize ad campaigns in Google Ads and Yandex Direct
- Manage English-language creatives and Western audience segmentation
- Conduct market research and develop hypotheses for testing
- Analyze campaign metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and provide actionable insights
- Support existing projects and scale new campaign launches
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to improve conversion rates

✅ What we expect
- 3+ years of experience with Google Ads and Yandex Direct

- Analytical mindset, independence, and readiness to test hypotheses
- Ability to create ad assets and write technical tasks for designers
- Experience in competitor research and market activity analysis
