📋 What you will do

  • Launch, configure, and optimize ad campaigns in Google Ads and Yandex Direct
  • Manage English-language creatives and Western audience segmentation
  • Conduct market research and develop hypotheses for testing
  • Analyze campaign metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and provide actionable insights
  • Support existing projects and scale new campaign launches
  • Collaborate with creative and product teams to improve conversion rates

What we expect

  • 3+ years of experience with Google Ads and Yandex Direct
  • Proven track record in Gaming and/or iGaming verticals
  • Experience with international markets and Western audience specifics
  • Analytical mindset, independence, and readiness to test hypotheses
  • Ability to create ad assets and write technical tasks for designers
  • Experience in competitor research and market activity analysis
