Product Manager / iGaming

📋 What you will do

• Develop product strategy and roadmap
• Break down tasks and work in Jira
• Prioritize tasks and build the backlog
• Set up and monitor the funnel from registration to FTD
• Improve conversion at registration, KYC, and deposit stages
• Set up retention and grow LTV
• Manage bonus economics and RTP
• Build bonus systems and anti-abuse mechanisms
• Work with PSPs and configure payment systems
• Resolve conflicts between UX, AML, and Risk teams

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in iGaming, betting, crypto, or fintech
• Experience building products from scratch
• Understanding of affiliates, retention, VIP, bonus abuse, and fraud traffic
• Understanding of Anjouan and Curaçao regulations
• Ability to work with designers, developers, marketers, and finance teams
• Skills in integrating payment systems, game providers, crypto processing, anti-fraud, and KYC services
• Ability to work with metrics and analytics
• Boldness and initiative
