Senior Product Partnerships Manager - Payroll ✓

📋 What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of strategic expansion partnerships within the payroll vendor ecosystem
• Lead vendor selection processes, including evaluating RFPs and making recommendations
• Structure and lead negotiations, evaluating deal economics and contract levers
• Build genuine trust with partners while holding them accountable to commitments
• Proactively identify and respond to partner incidents, integration issues, and escalations
• Facilitate productive cross-functional discussions across product, legal, finance, and engineering
• Bring insights from the partner ecosystem back into Mercury’s product roadmap
