📋 What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of strategic lending partnerships critical to banking infrastructure
- Build and maintain the lending partner ecosystem in support of charter ambitions
- Serve as the internal expert on lending management systems (LMS)
- Negotiate contracts and manage partner performance with Legal, Compliance, and Risk
- Lead new partner selection, due diligence, and onboarding for lending partnerships
- Translate partner requirements and regulatory considerations into actionable plans
- Unblock internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows
