Architect / CTO for Niche E-commerce Marketplace

📋 What you will do

• Select the optimal technology stack
• Design the database schema for dynamic product attributes
• Develop highload architecture and scaling strategies
• Prepare Architecture Decision Records (ADR) for key decisions
• Create a 6–12 month product development road-map
• Plan team recruitment and participate in the Team Lead selection process

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace projects
• Strong expertise in designing highload systems
• Proven experience in technical documentation (ADR)
• Prior experience with Ozon, WB, Yandex.Market, or similar seller-focused services is a strong advantage

🎁 What we offer

• Project-based contract: 200,000 – 300,000 ₽ for 2–3 weeks (20–30 hours per week)
• Optional ongoing support: 80,000 – 150,000 ₽/month (0.25–0.5 FTE)
