**Desing lead \ Design Team Lead at EverSky traffic**

The EverSky buying team is looking for a Team Lead who will take on management of the design department.

🔹**What you’ll do:**

**- **Distribute tasks among designers, track deadlines and workload;
**- **Check creative quality before launch: composition, readability, formats for ad networks;
**- **Review and edit AI-generated briefs;
**- **Catch mistakes and refine them into an adequate final version;
**- **Independently create briefs based on sketches and references (without needing every detail spelled out);
**- **Monitor spy services (AdHeart, Facebook Ad Library, SpyHero), look for working approaches from competitors;
**- **Build a reference library and propose new visual concepts.

🔹**Requirements:**

**- Mandatory experience specifically as a design team lead**;
**- **Experience designing ad creatives for traffic arbitrage;
**- **Understanding of what makes a creative convert, not just a “pretty picture”;
**- **Independence: given an idea = turn it into a finished brief and result;
**- **Experience working with spy services.
