• Lead the design team and organize their work
• Recruit new team members and conduct interviews
• Train designers using existing materials and help create new ones
• Ensure compliance with company standards
• Analyze results and improve team processes

• Salary: from ₽50,000 to ₽100,000
• Schedule 5/2, from 9:00 to 18:00 MSK
• Stable fixed salary of ₽50,000
• Team performance bonuses of ₽30,000–50,000 for successfully delivered projects
