📌 Responsibilities
— Manage a team of designers, organize their work, and help bring projects to completion;
— Recruit new team members and conduct interviews (designers and copywriters);
— Train designers using prepared materials and participate in creating new ones;
— Monitor compliance with company standards: plagiarism checks, presentation quality, idea descriptions, work in Bitrix24, etc.;
— Analyze results and improve processes so the team works faster and with higher quality.
📌 What we expect
— We are looking for an Art Director — someone who can organize the design creation process, develop the team, and help us take projects to the next level.
📌 We offer
— 5/2 schedule, from 9:00 to 18:00 Moscow time;
— Stable fixed salary of 50 000 ₽ + performance bonuses for team results (30 000–50 000 ₽ for successfully completed projects);
— Paid vacation and payments twice a month.
