**HR Manager **

Company: ITDEAL
Work format: remote, full-time

**Responsibilities:**

— Full-cycle recruitment: from launching a vacancy to the employee's start date.
— Sourcing specialists in IT and iGaming areas.
— Screening candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates.
— Providing professional development courses when needed.
— Maintaining internal employee records within the company.
— Organizing onboarding and adaptation for new employees.
— Building a talent pool. 
— Supporting HR processes: performance review, feedback, employee development.
— Monitoring the labor market and salary expectations.
— Collaborating with department heads on hiring and team development matters.
— Participating in developing the company's HR brand.

**Requirements:**

— 2+ years of experience as an HR / Recruiter in IT/iGaming.
— Skills in conducting interviews and assessing soft & hard skills
— Excellent communication skills.

**Will be a plus:**

— English proficiency at C1 level
— Experience with international recruitment.
— Understanding of the IT market and modern HR tools.
