📋 What you will do

  • Develop and execute the partner network growth strategy in the gambling vertical
  • Source, launch, scale, and retain key advertisers
  • Manage advertiser relationships, optimize terms, and control traffic quality
  • Contribute to the company’s strategic development and key commercial decisions
  • Build and develop the BizDev team, implement standards, KPIs, and operating procedures
  • Systematize knowledge and commercial processes
  • Monitor reconciliations, payments, and accounts receivable
  • Represent the company at international conferences and develop external partnerships

What we expect

  • At least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Hands-on experience managing BizDev / Sales / Partnerships in iGaming
  • Ability to build, develop, and retain a high-performing team
  • Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking
  • Ability to build long-term partnerships and negotiate at different levels
  • Results-driven mindset with ownership of P&L performance
  • Data-driven decision-making approach
  • Process-oriented mindset and cross-functional collaboration

🎁 What we offer

  • Salary: from $6,000/month, negotiable based on interview results
