- Build and develop management accounting and financial processes

- Set up budgeting and forecast revenue and expenses
- Control operational finance processes and the payment calendar
- Build business metrics and performance analytics systems
- Support management decisions and drive a data-driven approach

✅ What we expect
- 2+ years of experience as Finance Manager or Head of Finance in an iGaming media buying team
- Understanding of the media buying financial model: traffic, costs, payouts, cash flow
- Experience building or systematically optimizing management accounting
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of margin economics
- Ability to build and control financial processes
- Readiness to take ownership and act as a decision maker
