📋 What you will do
- Define and execute lifecycle strategy to turn guest interest into bookings
- Lead personalized email and push programs for new Airbnb pilot programs
- Build roadmap based on guest insights, experimentation, and ML/AI decisioning
- Leverage segmentation, behavioral triggers, and personalization to improve engagement
- Partner with Analytics/DS to evaluate campaign incrementality and performance
- Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Engineering teams for cross-channel experiences
- Manage structured experimentation roadmap across messaging, timing, and channels
- Develop campaign briefs covering technical, data, and creative requirements
