📋 What you will do

  • Define and execute lifecycle strategy to turn guest interest into bookings
  • Lead personalized email and push programs for new Airbnb pilot programs
  • Build roadmap based on guest insights, experimentation, and ML/AI decisioning
  • Leverage segmentation, behavioral triggers, and personalization to improve engagement
  • Partner with Analytics/DS to evaluate campaign incrementality and performance
  • Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Engineering teams for cross-channel experiences
  • Manage structured experimentation roadmap across messaging, timing, and channels
  • Develop campaign briefs covering technical, data, and creative requirements
