**Head of Sales \ Head of Sales at Alanbase ** We are the developers of a SaaS platform for affiliate traffic processing and affiliate program management. We help businesses develop new customer acquisition channels and strive for continuous growth and a high-quality product built on the latest technologies. We are currently looking for a Head of Sales (Sales Director) who is not afraid of cold outreach, can sell themselves, and is ready to grow sales together with the team. ** **✔️ **What you will do:** — Manage and develop the sales department; — Optimize warm and cold sales processes; — Hire, onboard, and develop the sales team; — Deliver on personal sales targets, department targets, and growth of key metrics; — Conduct demos and negotiations with clients; — Improve policies, standards, and sales approaches; — Participate in industry conferences. ** **✔️ **We expect:** — At least 3 years of experience in IT/SaaS/B2B sales; — Deep understanding of the product, market, and customer needs — Experience managing a sales department of 3+ people; — Strong negotiation skills and the ability to stand your ground; — Confident experience working with CRM systems and task trackers; — English from B2 will be a plus. ✔️ **What we offer:** — Fully remote format; — Schedule 10:00–19:00 (GMT+3); — Salary + KPI; — The opportunity to influence processes and company growth; — No micromanagement; — Corporate English, training, sports compensation, and medical services compensation. 📨** Telegram for applications: **@recruiterAB
