**Team Lead / Head of Recruitment for a media buying team.**

An independent performance team. Previously, we were part of a large holding, and today we are an independent project with our own infrastructure, strategy, and aggressive scaling plans.
We are looking for someone from the industry who understands how traffic arbitrage works and can not only hire, but also build a system for rapid growth.

**What you will do:**

🔵 Close key positions (media buyers, team leads, head-level);
🔵 Build and optimize hiring processes;
🔵 Work directly with founders and hiring managers;
🔵 Build sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Telegram, communities, network);
🔵 Implement metrics and make hiring predictable;
🔵 Assemble and develop a team of recruiters.

**What is important to us**:

🟢 Experience in iGaming, inside a traffic arbitrage team;
🟢 Experience closing head/C-level positions;
🟢 Experience building processes (even on a small scale);
🟢 Ability to work quickly but thoughtfully.

**Will be a plus:**

🟢 Understanding of traffic buying;
🟢 Cases of scaling recruitment.
