- Field inbound demand (demos, trials, free accounts) via phone, email, and other channels
- Run consultative, decision‑driven demos focused on one‑call closes for smaller opportunities
- Conduct targeted business discovery to understand prospect goals, urgency, and fit
- Qualify prospects efficiently to prioritize high-value opportunities
- Manage a high-velocity sales pipeline to maximize new logo acquisition
- Consult prospects on e-commerce best practices and Klaviyo platform utilization
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience and product feedback loops
