📋 What you will do

  • Field inbound demand (demos, trials, free accounts) via phone, email, and other channels
  • Run consultative, decision‑driven demos focused on one‑call closes for smaller opportunities
  • Conduct targeted business discovery to understand prospect goals, urgency, and fit
  • Qualify prospects efficiently to prioritize high-value opportunities
  • Manage a high-velocity sales pipeline to maximize new logo acquisition
  • Consult prospects on e-commerce best practices and Klaviyo platform utilization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience and product feedback loops
