📋 What you will do
- Work with an existing base of regular clients with no cold outreach
- Re-engage inactive clients through negotiations and bring them back to active status
- Maintain the CRM and handle business correspondence via email and messengers
- Participate in team discussions and contribute to shared team goals

- At least 6 months of experience in B2B sales
- Strong results orientation and readiness for phone sales
- Ability to work in a team and support colleagues
🎁 What we offer
- Salary: ₽90,000 + ₽5,000–6,000 per client + bonuses
- Average monthly income: ₽120,000–300,000
- During probation: ₽90,000 + ₽10,000 stipend + ₽5,000 per client
- Growth path: grade progression → Team Lead / Head of Sales
