📋 What you will do

  • Work with an existing base of regular clients with no cold outreach
  • Re-engage inactive clients through negotiations and bring them back to active status
  • Maintain the CRM and handle business correspondence via email and messengers
  • Participate in team discussions and contribute to shared team goals

🎁 What we offer

  • Salary: ₽90,000 + ₽5,000–6,000 per client + bonuses
  • Average monthly income: ₽120,000–300,000
  • During probation: ₽90,000 + ₽10,000 stipend + ₽5,000 per client
  • Growth path: grade progression → Team Lead / Head of Sales
