🎯 Performance Marketing Manager Wanted - iGaming / Licensed Markets We are looking for a specialist who will systematically manage the acquisition direction, scale traffic, and directly impact product growth 🚀 About us: 👉 We work with licensed iGaming projects, using exclusively white-hat approaches 👉 We scale campaigns in competitive GEOs, including in Latin America 👉 We give freedom - independent decision-making Your area of responsibility: 🚀 Traffic channels - launch, manage, and strongly scale campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, UAC) and Meta Ads 💰 Budget management - distribute spend across GEOs and channels 📈 Deep analytics - monitor CPA, ROI, LTV, retention, and payback; work with GA4, tracking, and BI systems 🧪 Testing and quality - continuous testing of hypotheses and creatives, strict traffic quality control under compliance restrictions in regulated markets 🔗 Synchronization - close collaboration with CRM, Product, Design, and Analytics teams What you will get: ✅ Work with large budgets and the opportunity to launch products and new GEOs from scratch ✅ Zero micromanagement - full ownership of the direction ✅ Resources for fast hypothesis testing ✅ Direct impact on payback and product growth through performance acquisition ✅ A strong analytics foundation and work without gray schemes If you enjoy working with numbers, have practical experience with Google Ads in gambling/betting for 3+ years, and know how to systematically impact ROI - write to us @Anastasiia_Fidel_Group #вакансии
