📋 What you will do
- Design and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across the customer journey
- Develop and maintain audience segmentation strategies for personalized messaging
- Optimize custom branded lifecycle communications and automated journeys
- Analyze the end-to-end customer experience to identify friction and revenue opportunities
- Establish and monitor KPIs, conducting A/B testing and experimentation
- Partner with Product teams on customer survey strategy and behavioral insights
- Collaborate with Content and Creative teams to develop campaign assets
