📋 What you will do

  • Design and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across the customer journey
  • Develop and maintain audience segmentation strategies for personalized messaging
  • Optimize custom branded lifecycle communications and automated journeys
  • Analyze the end-to-end customer experience to identify friction and revenue opportunities
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, conducting A/B testing and experimentation
  • Partner with Product teams on customer survey strategy and behavioral insights
  • Collaborate with Content and Creative teams to develop campaign assets
