Senior Motion Designer (Performance Marketing / iGaming)

📋 What you will do

• Independently generate performance creative ideas based on analytics
• Create video and static creatives for advertising campaigns
• Develop 10+ unique concepts weekly and create variations for testing
• Participate in daily team meetings and brainstorms
• Promptly iterate on creatives based on performance results and feedback
• Analyze successful and unsuccessful hypotheses to propose new approaches
• Periodically assist in creating landing pages and PWA applications

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• 3+ years of experience as a Motion Designer in an iGaming media buying team
• Ability to find ideas and build working concepts without detailed briefs
• High work speed and ability to quickly adapt to test results
• Self-organization, attention to detail, and accountability in a remote setting
• Openness to feedback, revisions, and constant testing cycles
