- Design and execute scalable customer marketing programs to drive acquisition and retention
- Build and maintain a customer reference program to support Sales in closing deals
- Develop customer stories, including case studies, videos, testimonials, and event panels
- Manage customer logo rights for marketing and social proof
- Maintain a scalable library of customer proof points for PR and thought leadership
