**TEAM LEAD OF SALES**  

🎯 Due to expansion, we are looking for a Team Lead to join our team — someone who will not only take control of current processes, but also become a generator of fresh ideas and a driver of our team’s development. **What you will be doing:**

▪️ **Creating new projects** and launching profitable directions from scratch;
▪️ **Developing effective funnels**, testing hypotheses and optimizing conversions; 
▪️ **Working with deep analytics**, identifying growth points and eliminating weak spots;
▪️ **Controlling the quality of traffic processing**, ensuring stable growth of performance metrics;
▪️ **Training and onboarding newcomers**, building a strong and motivated team; 
▪️ **Coordinating cooperation between departments**, creating a unified and effective work system.

**Requirements: **

▪️ Experience as a Team Lead of a traffic processing department** from 1 year**
▪️ Experience in the following verticals is **required**: invest / loans (account promotion); 
▪️ **Ability to independently build and scale sales funnels**; 
▪️ Ability to build and develop a team: from hiring and onboarding new employees to training and systematic quality control of the department’s work;
▪️ High level of responsibility and punctuality;
▪️ Readiness to talk about your results in numbers. 

**We offer:**

▪️ Fully remote work format;
▪️ **Schedule: **first 2 weeks of work - 7/0 from 10:00 to 22:00, then 6/1 from 10:00 to 22:00 (UTC+3:00);
▪️ **Internship in the position of traffic processing specialist in the RD department: 2-4 weeks;**
▪️ Payments after completing the internship: high % of profit;
▪️ Work with a unique in-house product; 
▪️ Payments every 2 weeks to a TRC20 wallet;
▪️ **Signing an NDA (using passport data and video verification)** - **ensures the security of your competencies and our technologies**.
