📋 What you will do

  • Design and launch a sales enablement function
  • Develop a multi-year strategy and roadmap
  • Create high-impact resources, playbooks, and certification programs
  • Partner with product, marketing, and sales leadership
  • Establish KPIs and use analytics to prove ROI
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead the enablement team
  • Oversee enablement tools and budget allocation

What we expect

  • 10+ years of experience leading sales enablement
  • Proven track record of building and scaling functions in tech companies
  • Ability to design long-term strategies aligned with business goals
  • Experience building teams and influencing executives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Experience in AI/ML or enterprise software sales (nice to have)
  • Certification in sales enablement or instructional design (nice to have)
