✅ What we expect
- 10+ years of experience leading sales enablement
- Proven track record of building and scaling functions in tech companies
- Ability to design long-term strategies aligned with business goals
- Experience building teams and influencing executives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in AI/ML or enterprise software sales (nice to have)
- Certification in sales enablement or instructional design (nice to have)
