📌 **🚀 Team Lead (Media Buying | COD E-commerce UA)**

We are a traffic arbitrage e-commerce team scaling product offers through Facebook Ads and one-page websites.
We are looking for a strong Team Lead who can manage a team, scale funnels, and work independently with traffic buying 🔥
📌 What you need to do:
• manage a team of buyers
• monitor KPIs and results
• independently test and scale funnels
• help with hiring buyers
• develop the team and processes
✅ What is important to us:
• experience in COD e-commerce (UA)
• experience with Facebook Ads • spend from 10–15k$+
• personal profit from 10k$+
• management experience
• autonomy and initiative
