📋 What you will do

  • Define the strategy and roadmap for the Growth Lab to build a signal-based demand engine
  • Develop and scale programs based on signals, triggers, intent, and account intelligence
  • Lead the global target account list strategy and its ongoing optimization
  • Build the demand engine architecture for outbound, ABM, digital, field, and sales-led motions
  • Create and scale growth programs to improve engagement, pipeline creation, and conversion
  • Partner with regional sales leaders, field marketing, ops, and BD to embed signals into GTM execution
  • Define success metrics, analyze performance, and improve program ROI
  • Lead and develop the team
