📋 What you will do
- Define the strategy and roadmap for the Growth Lab to build a signal-based demand engine
- Develop and scale programs based on signals, triggers, intent, and account intelligence
- Lead the global target account list strategy and its ongoing optimization
- Build the demand engine architecture for outbound, ABM, digital, field, and sales-led motions
- Create and scale growth programs to improve engagement, pipeline creation, and conversion
- Partner with regional sales leaders, field marketing, ops, and BD to embed signals into GTM execution
- Define success metrics, analyze performance, and improve program ROI
- Lead and develop the team
