📋 What you will do
- Develop product strategy and roadmap
- Break down tasks and work in Jira
- Prioritize tasks and build the backlog
- Set up and monitor the funnel from registration to FTD
- Improve onboarding and conversion at registration, KYC, and deposit stages
- Set up retention and drive LTV growth
- Manage bonus economics and RTP
- Build bonus systems and anti-abuse mechanisms
- Work with PSPs and configure payment systems
- Resolve conflicts between UX, AML, and Risk teams

✅ What we expect
- 3+ years of Product Manager experience in iGaming, betting, crypto, or fintech
- Experience building products from scratch
- Understanding of affiliates, retention, VIP, bonus abuse, and fraud traffic
- Understanding of Anjouan and Curaçao regulations
- Knowledge of niche terminology
- Ability to work with designers, developers, marketers, and finance teams
- Skills in integrating payment systems, game providers, crypto processing, antifraud, and KYC services
- Ability to work with metrics and analytics
- Boldness and initiative
